It is possible that the ship has actually departed for Rotterdam, but it is not yet reflected in the dashboard. This is because we update the status to 'shipped to the Netherlands' only when we receive confirmation from the carrier that the ship has departed. Confirmation is usually received 1-2 days later. As a result, it may take 2-3 days for your shipment to be marked as 'shipped to the Netherlands' in the dashboard. You will also receive an email with this status update! π
