If you have chosen an air freight shipment with the delivery address being one of the warehouses of Logistics via Bol, here is a brief step-by-step guide:

Coordinate with your supplier to ensure that your boxes do not weigh more than 15 kilograms each. This is the maximum weight per box accepted by LvB. 📦

It is your supplier's responsibility to pack and protect the goods in such a way that they arrive in good condition. Based on our experience, cardboard quality is often poor and boxes are too heavy, resulting in damaged goods being delivered to our agent in China. Our advice is to have the products packed in inner cartons before placing them in the export carton. For the export carton, we recommend using "double corrugated cartons."

Create a preliminary notification in your bol.com dashboard. This will generate the BSKU labels, which your supplier should affix to all the products.

You will receive an email from us once the expected delivery date is known. Register your LvB shipment in your bol.com dashboard. This will provide you with the shipping label(s) and packing list. You can submit these as a response to the email we send you. The email to request LvB labels will be automatically sent by us once an expected delivery date is available.

When the delivery date is known, finalize your LvB notification. You can always inquire about the delivery date, which becomes known once your shipment arrives in the Netherlands. This will give you the shipping label(s) and packing list(s). We will then ensure that your packages are labeled correctly. For ocean freight shipments, the process is as follows:

Instruct your supplier to attach the BSKU labels to the products. Only submit the LvB shipment as a preliminary notification, so you receive only the BSKU labels. Afterward, let us handle the shipping to the Netherlands, and we will place your shipment in our warehouse.

In our warehouse, we will label the packing list and shipping labels for you. Just before the arrival of your shipment in our warehouse, send them to us! You will receive emails from us to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. Once the earliest possible delivery date is known, you will receive an email with a link to confirm it. The link will also be visible in your bol.com dashboard.

Using the same link, you can upload the LvB documents. We will take care of the rest. ✅
