Air Freight 🛫
Every week, a plane departs with goods from our facility. If you want your products to be included in the weekly flight, the shipment should be delivered to the warehouse in China by Thursday. 🙂
If your goods arrive at our warehouse in China by Thursday, they will be delivered to the address you provided in the dashboard by the following Thursday at the latest. PS. Often on Tuesday or Wednesday already. 🚀
Running late? No problem! Your goods will be stored free of charge until the next flight and will be delivered as soon as possible. ✅
Sea Freight 🚢
The process is a little different for sea freight. Once your goods are ready, you can immediately send them to our warehouse in China, provided you have an approved booking, of course. After we receive your goods, it takes an average of 1.5 weeks to process and load them for departure.
From the moment your goods are loaded for departure, it takes between 30-45 days for them to be delivered to the desired address. You can always check the status of your shipment in the dashboard. 😎
