How does my shipment get from China to the Benelux? 🤔

There are many steps involved in this process, but we'll gladly handle it all for you. Below is a brief overview of what the transportation process looks like for you.

1. Creating a Booking

You start by creating a booking in the Boloo Forwarding dashboard. Simply create an account and select "Create Booking" in the dashboard. In step 1 of the booking process, you can choose between air or sea freight for your shipment.

2. Collection

Once we receive your booking, we will review it to ensure we have all the necessary details. Once your booking is approved, we will provide you with the contact information of our trusted agent in China. Your supplier can then get in touch with them to arrange the domestic shipment within China.

3. Shipment

Once all the goods are collected, they will be shipped by either sea or air to the destination country. At this stage, you will receive the transportation invoice for your shipment.

4. Customs Clearance

Goods need to go through customs clearance, which involves handling administrative tasks. We take care of the entire customs clearance process, so you can focus on your business without the hassle.

5. Payment

Once the customs duties and VAT charges are determined by the customs authorities, we will send you the customs invoice. Your goods will be delivered directly to the desired address! ✅

6. Delivery

For air freight, you will receive the shipment within 7-10 days after it has been delivered to our warehouse. For sea freight, you will receive the shipment within 45-55 days after it has been delivered to our warehouse. Your products are now ready to be sold, ensuring minimal shipping costs. 😎

7. Storage

Where can I create a booking? 🤔

You can create a booking for air freight and sea freight in the dashboard. While you will be able to fill in many details yourself, you will also need information from your supplier, such as the HS code of your product or the commercial invoice. You can access the dashboard by clicking the button below.
