In this article, I will explain in detail how you can ensure that you fill in the correct information when creating a booking so that it gets approved immediately during the verification process. πŸ’ͺ🏼

Use this template to collect all the necessary information for a booking from your supplier in advance.

Step 1

Transport TypeIn this step, you indicate the method of transportation for your shipment. You can choose between sea freight or air freight.

Step 2

Supplier Information

We need this information to handle the export in China and the import in the Netherlands smoothly. It is also helpful for our agent in China to have this information ready. You can always request this information from your supplier.

Tip: When filling in the location, a suggestion will appear, click on it! Don't forget to save the supplier for future use as well. 😊

Stap 3

Productgegevens

In this step, you will fill in the information about the goods. As you can see in the image above, there is an option to add an additional product to your booking. If there are, for example, two different variants or completely different products, you can indicate it here. It is most important to specify here, per product, if your shipment contains multiple HS codes. If you have multiple products in your shipment, it is important that each product is in its own box. We need to know the weight (in kilograms) and volume (in cubic meters) of each product separately, so that we can handle the customs clearance process accurately. This information will help us ensure a smooth customs clearance for your shipment. πŸ™‚

Tip(s): You can receive all the information we ask for from your supplier using the provided template (link is at the top). Also, take a look at our videos for a clear explanation of concepts such as HS codes or what CBM (cubic meter) entails. πŸŽ₯

Stap 4

Delivery

This is the final step where you need to fill in some information, and it's quite straightforward! You can enter the address where you would like the goods to be delivered, and we will take care of arranging it for you. πŸ’ͺ🏼

If you choose the LvB (Logistics via Bol.com) option, it is crucial that all items have a BSKU label, the LvB shipping label is attached to each box, and the LvB packing list is included in each box. Register your shipment in your bol.com seller account and set the delivery date well in advance. With LvB, they accept shipments that are delivered too early, but not ones that are delivered late. Once you have pre-notified the LvB shipment, you can forward the documents to your supplier, and they will gladly take care of applying them to the boxes.

Stap 5

Finally, you will receive an overview of your booking and have the opportunity to confirm it. The booking will typically be reviewed within two hours (guaranteed within 24 hours).

Your booking will be reviewed based on the commercial invoice and whether it is accurate! How should it look? Click the button below.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
